The water supply system of this municipality is divided into two divisions.
- Baranagar Municipality + Kamarhati Municipality joint supply &
- Baranagar Municipality + Kamarhati Municipality with KMA water supply.
All the 35 wards are getting drinking water supply from these three water supply agencies.
